4. Orders and Payment

Payment must be completed before a product is delivered. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

We reserve the right to cancel or correct an order affected by a clear pricing, technical, availability, or payment error. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are generally available immediately after successful payment. Delivery may occur through a download page, email, customer account, or third-party platform.

Please provide an accurate email address and save a copy of your files after downloading them. If you do not receive or cannot access your purchase, contact hello@oliveritual.com for assistance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, unavailable third-party services, email filtering, incompatible devices, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will, however, make a reasonable effort to help resolve delivery issues.

6. Personal-Use License

Each purchase gives the original customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for personal purposes.

You may:

Download and save the product on your personal devices.
Print copies for your own personal use.
Use the product for your own planning, reflection, and organization.

You may not:

Share, distribute, sublicense, gift, or resell the digital files.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are digital and available for instant download, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or accessed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your purchase, or experience a technical issue, please contact hello@oliveritual.com. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve the problem.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining terms will continue in effect.

19. No Waiver

If Olive Ritual does not immediately enforce a provision of these terms, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Legal Notice, and any product-specific terms shown before purchase, form the agreement between you and Olive Ritual concerning the website and digital products.
